Welcome!

I picked up a magazine yesterday and read about Thispiration, checked out the various sites on it and def works! Of course the pictures make you depressed, because achieving that body type seems somewhat unatainable!!

Yet every day I thnk the same thing; how can I get this way? I begin the same pathetic, useless journey on seeking out a "diet plan" which always ends up in failure. I am 5'8 tall weighing 152 pounds - I know gross. My ideal weight would be 125!! I would be happy with 130 though if I could ever ever get there.

Here I go again day 1 of a no/low carb diet. I seriously think I need to be much mroe extreme than that. Cut out all carbs? Eat way less. Now im at 3 main meals, plus 2 small healthy snacks. This isnt going to get me to teh weight I want. I do workout too, mainly cardio, and pilates, weights.

If anyone else has any tips they can share weith me cause I know I am not alone on this struggle.
